Yerevan/13.11.12/Turan-ArmInfo: On November 12, Javanshir Telman oglu Aliyev, born in 1971 and a resident of the village of Mazamly in the Gazakh region of Azerbaijan, crossed the Armenian-Azerbaijani border section in the Tavush region of Armenia at 07:45.
