Azerbaijani Wikipedia authors expand their activities
Baku/18.0717/Turan: Thirty experienced and novice Azerbaijani authors of the world virtual encyclopedia "Wikipedia" will take part in the Summer Wikicamp, where they will master new technologies for writing articles for the virtual encyclopedia, discuss plans to expand the Azerbaijani-language "Wiki", improve published articles and prepare 150 new publications.According to Turan, the author of the articles in the virtual encyclopedia, one of the organizers of the Summer Camp,Namik-Man-Tash, the event will be held on August 12-13 in one of the recreation centers of the village of Ilisu, Kakhregion.It is assumed that out of 30 participants 10 will be newcomers.The summer camp is organized by the Azerbaijan Wikipedia User Group and is supported by the Wikipedia Foundation, which fully paid for the organizers' expenses (transportation, accommodation in two-room cottages, meals for participants).Those wishing to become participants of the Summer Camp can fill out a special form posted in the Azerbaijani-language "Wikipedia", N.Man-Tash explained.-0-
