Public activist Bakhtiyar Hajiyev detained
Baku/18.10.21/Turan: Public activist Bakhtiyar Hajiyev was again detained, said human rights activist Rufat Safarov on Monday evening.
On October 18, Hajiyev wrote on his Facebook page that he intends to hold a protest in front of the presidential administration. According to the activist, for many months the law enforcement and judicial authorities have been conducting a campaign of "moral terror" against him.
According to Safarov, Hajiyev was stopped on his way to the place of the action. “Currently, he is in the 9th department of the Sabail district police department,” Safarov said.
