Baku Airport recommends using only licensed taxi services
Baku/05.09.23/Turan: "In order to ensure the safety and comfort of passengers and visitors," the Baku international airport recommends using only official taxi services at the airport. "Using the services of unlicensed taxis can lead to such negative cases as price increases, low level of service, even fraud or theft," the airport's press service said.
Official taxis have an appropriate identification and distinguishing sign, which can be seen on vehicles near airport terminals.
Additional conditions have been created in the Baku airport for maximum convenience:
- a special “drop off” landing strip is allocated for passengers and visitors to ensure a more comfortable and flexible process of their arrival/departure;
- when entering the airport from vehicles, no payment is required for the first 15 minutes.
It has to be kept in mind that if there are suspicions or problems regarding taxi services at the airport, visitors can contact security staff, the airport's press release concludes. -06B-

Many, recognizing the futility of resistance, settle for inadequate monetary compensation for their irreplaceable property. A minority, placing faith in the Housing Code, demand fair compensation from construction companies but often lose everything—both their homes and any form of recompense.
