Because of Upcoming Parade, Traffic Closed on Several Streets of Baku
Baku /08.12.20/Turan: To ensure the safe movement of military equipment, which will take part in the military parade on December 10 on Azadlig Square, traffic on a number of streets and avenues of the capital is closed.
The Baku Traffic Police Department reported on December 8 that traffic on all streets and avenues intersecting in the direction of Azadlig Square is completely limited. Drivers are advised not to go in the direction of Azneft Square, Neftchilar Avenue and Azadlig Square, and also use the adjacent streets.
The movement from the city center towards Nobel Avenue is carried out through the Tenth Factory Circle and Babek Avenue.
The movement of transport from the 20th Section and the Water Sports Palace will also be limited and redirected. This is done due to the fact that military equipment is located on the territory of the New Boulevard and adjacent streets. -02D-

President of the European Parliament Roberta Metsola has invited Azerbaijani economist and political prisoner Professor Gubad Ibadoglu to Strasbourg to attend the 2024 Sakharov Prize award ceremony.
