Consideration of Appeal by Opposition Activist Postponed
Scheduled for 21 September in the Shirvan Court of Appeal, the consideration of the complaint of the Popular Front Party activist Murad Adilov did not take place. The reason for this was the lack of judges, who are on vacation, the lawyer Yalcin Imanov told Turan. For this reason, the meeting was delayed by more than a month – until 27 October.
* Murad Adilov was sentenced to 6 years in jail on charges of drug trafficking in May this year. He is the brother of an opposition journalist, leader of the television program Azerbaijani Hour Natig Adilov, who is being in exile. -06D--
