Criminal case in connection with violation of quarantine in "Atlanta"
Baku/11.08.21/Turan: The Ministry of Internal Affairs has file a lawsuit on the violation of the quarantine regime in the “Atlant” Recreation Center in the resort village of Nabran, Khachmaz region.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, during the inspection of the facility, gross violations of the anti-epidemic quarantine regime were revealed.
As a result of the measures taken by the police, the head of the center, Tair Gadashev, his relative Azer Gadashev, as well as the personnel who created the conditions for violating the quarantine rules, were detained.
A lawsuit has been filed under Article 139-1.1 (violation of the anti-epidemic, sanitary-hygienic or quarantine regimes) of the Criminal Code.
In relation to one of the leaders of the Center, Azer Gadashev, a measure of restraint in the form of arrest was chosen by a court decision.
Other detainees were brought to administrative responsibility; they are to pay fines. — 06D-
