Daughter and nephew detained in the case of the murder of the owner of a jewelry store
The law enforcement bodies of Azerbaijan disclosed the murder in Baku on 5 January the owner of a jewelry store Maryam Namedzade born in 1965. The detained suspects were her daughter, a nephew of the deceased and another person, reported the Baku Central Police Department and the city prosecutor's office.
The murder was committed with extreme cruelty on January 5 at around 09:00 in the flat of Namedzade in Nasimi district of Baku. The woman was murdered as a result of multiple piercing-cutting wounds .
The Nasimi District Prosecutor's Office filed a lawsuit under the Articles 120.2.4, 120.2.11 (premeditated murder with special cruelty) and 181.3.3 (robbery with grievous damage.)
As a result of operational-search measures, as suspects were arrested and brought to the investigation her daughter Gunel Huseynova, born in 1988, a nephew of the late Nijat Eyvazov, born in 1998 and Jeyhun Asgarov, born in 1997.
Nothing is reported bout the motives of the crime. The investigation is continuing, according to a press-relize.-06D--
