Baku / 23.05.19 / Turan: With the exception of Ilyas Abdullayev and Yavir Mikayilov, all members of the board of the People"s Movement of Azerbaijan (NDA) detained in recent days were released, said NDA board member Bakhtiyar Tunjay.
According to him, from May 18-19, 19 board members were held at the Directorate General for Combating Organized Crime of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
"Why didn't they let Ilyas Abdullayev and Yavir Mikayilov go? They are not allowed to have a lawyer," said Tunjay.
He noted that a representative of the NDA in this region, Shamil Farzalibeyli, was detained today in Yevlakh and is now being taken to Baku.
* The NDA was established on January 26, 2019. This structure was established at the initiative of the ex-head of the IDB, chair of Iskender Hamidov.
