Established Presidential Prize for Young People
Yesterday the President of Azerbaijan signed a decree "On the establishment of the Presidential Award for young people."
The award was established to "promote the achievements of Azerbaijani youth in scientific and cultural fields, including in the field of literature and arts, education and social activities."
There will be six awards in the amount of 10 000 manats (about 12,700 U.S. dollars), which will be awarded every year to young people, particularly distinguished themselves in these areas. -06D-
