Head of municipality of Neftchala is suspect of embezzlement of budgetary funds
Baku/21.10.22/Turan: Facts of embezzlement were revealed in the activities of the Neftchala city municipality.
In particular, during the investigation carried out by employees of Neftchala region prosecutor's office it was revealed that 3,236 manats were unreasonably written off from the municipal budget for food aid.
Besides, as stated in the report of the district prosecutor's office, there was reasonable suspicion that from the funds transferred on the payment order to the grocery store 8,600 manats were misappropriated by Rovshan Guliyev, chairman of the municipality.
A criminal case was launched over the fact on Article 179.2.3 (misappropriation or embezzlement by a person using his official position) and 179.2.4 (misappropriation or embezzlement causing considerable damage).

On Sunday, partly cloudy weather is expected in Baku and on the Absheron Peninsula.
