In January of this year the State Border Service of Azerbaijan recorded 27 cases of violations of the state border. At the same time, 46 people were arrested, the press service of the border agency.
Among the detained are citizens of Azerbaijan- 16, 13 -Bangladesh, 4 - Pakistan, 3 Uzbekistan, Iran and Nigeria, one from Turkmenistan, Afghanistan and Gambia. Appropriate measures are taken against the violators, the report says.
