Today the Baku Appeals Court rejected the complaint of Isa Azizov on administrative arrest. According to the Baku Court of Appeal, Azizov has been brought to administrative liability under Article 310 of the Code of Administrative Offences (not subordinating police.) Thus, in spite of the severe beating of a man, what is a criminal offense, Azizov was only attracted to administrative responsibility.
It is noteworthy that in 2012 Aziziov, the 23-year-old native of region of Sharur, was sentenced to 3.5 years in prison on charges of robbery, but was released early. Azizov is a student at the State Economic University.-06D--

The sensational story of a brutal beating the security guard at the filling station in Baku by the drunk athletes on the night of January 27, is presented with new scandalous details.
First of all, one of the hooligans was a relative of Maharram Aliyev, the former Chief of Police of Baku, who is now the assistant to the president on military issues and the MP Adil Aliyev.
According to the Interior Ministry, the hooligans were detained and the investigation began. Then it became known that the Nasimi court arrested them for 30 days for disorderly conduct, although acts of a criminal nature are obvious - the intentional infliction of harm.
