Isa Habibbeyli elected President of National Academy of Sciences
Baku/25.10.22/Turan: Isa Habibbeyli, who was Vice-President for humanitarian affairs, was elected President of the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan at a general meeting on October 25.
It is worthy of note that there was no second candidate for the post.
Note that Habibbeyli, a 73-year-old philologist, is also a member of the Parliament. He has been director of the Institute of Literature of NASA since 2013. -02D-
