Jamil Hasanli is not given paper on Property
The State Committee for Property Affairs of Azerbaijan refuses to issue Jamil Hasanli , the head of the National Council of Democratic Forces (NCDF) a document on the ownership of house building, which belongs to him for decades. He got the site 12 hectares early in 1989 by the summer community of Baku State University.
"The state cadastre service, the Committee for Land and Cartography drafted scheme of the suburban area. In 2006, on the basis of these documents the state register service issued in my name and passport a certificate for the ownership of this area," wrote Hasanli on his page on Facebook. In August this year Hasanli gave half of this area to his relative. All documents of the donation were confirmed by state authorities.
"Today, however, we were given a letter of refusal. It says that "during measuring the area was revealed no correspondence between the actual position of the submitted documents, and therefore execution of the application is impossible," said in response.
Hasanli regarded the refusal of the State Committee as a violation of his rights and a desire to punish him for his criticism of the authorities. "This unpleasant fact is clear expression of the relationship of Ilham Aliyev to the main opponent in the presidential election in 2013," said Hasanli. -03D-
