Landslide Intensified in Badamdar
Baku / 17.02.20 / Turan: In the metropolitan area of traditional landslides between the 20th Section and Badamdar villages, tension remains, said Aziz Garalov, a geologist from the Ministry of Ecology. A series of landslides in this zone began on February 13, and on February 16 there was a descent of land near the house at 179C Badamdar. The reason is the human factor, the geologist noted.
In this place there are three residential buildings. The land mass deformed the wall of one of the houses. The descent of the land also blocked the road.
Since 2017, the landslide in this area has intensified. The reasons for this were excessive construction, lack of sewage and man-made interventions, experts say. -06B-
