LGBT activists intend to sue the Ministry of Justice
Alliance LGBT "Nefes" intends to sue the Ministry of Justice in connection with the refusal of state registration. In a statement the alliance noted that the appeal on the registration was filed in the Office of Registration and Notary of the Justice Ministry on May 19. However, there is no response. In this regard, the Alliance intends to sue the Ministry of Justice.
The LGBT community is concerned with the absence of lawyers willing to volunteer to help the alliance.
The Alliance requests support from international organizations, and putting pressure on the government to fulfill the country's obligations. The Alliance is vainly seeking registration in the Ministry of Justice since 2012. - 16D-
