The newspaper Azerbaijan writes about the "successful model of regional development" of Ilham Aliyev and the successful completion of the next state program of social development of the regions for the period 2014-2018. The author notes that 24.2 billion manat was allocated for the development of the regions, and the IV regional development program will be allocated 17 billion manat.
The website Moderator.az writes about the attitude of the authorities towards one of the founders of the Azerbaijan People"s Republic, Mammad Emin Rasulzadeh. The author regrets because the authorities do not pay due respect to this man.
