Problems in obtaining disability, the migrant factor, why Moscow cannot digest the defeat of the Armenians, the mission of the peacekeepers and their mandate are topics of today's media.
The site “Yeniavaz.com” touches upon the problem of obtaining disability on the example of a resident of the village of Balajar, Elkhan Aliyev. He is a second groupn disabled person, but for 9 years he has not received disability benefits. In 2012, he suffered a heart attack, then became a diabetic, underwent spinal surgery. Previously, he was examined once a year. However, no such survey has been carried out for five years. In January of this year, he tried to go to the hospital for an examination, but he was not admitted due to the pandemic.
Despite the fact that Elkhan Aliyev sent his documents, he still hasn’t received an answer and the question of his disability and receiving a cash benefit is not being resolved.
The website “Müsavat.com” writes that Russia cannot digest the defeat in Karabakh. The Russia 1 TV channel presented the “Lancet” kamikaze drones produced in Russia.
According to the plot, kamikaze drones can destroy aircraft, including the Bayraktar TB2 drones.
Turkish experts believe that it is not yet known how effective these kamikaze are.
The site "Sfera.az" writes that the issue of the mandate of the Russian peacekeepers has not yet been resolved. This issue should be discussed between Russia and Azerbaijan. Former Foreign Minister Tofig Zulfugarov believes that there are many comments about the activities of the peacekeeping forces and the observer mission, but there is no answer to the question of what their powers and responsibilities are.
Zulfugarov believes that the time has come for negotiations between Russia, Azerbaijan and Turkey to develop a mandate.
According to Zulfugarov, the vague, legally vague side of this issue is that the political initiative won in the second Karabakh war in the form of the unity of society and the authorities may be lost.
