To what extent the Russian peacekeepers in Karabakh defend the interests of Azerbaijan, the reasons for the delay in postal parcels, and the congress of the ruling party are the topics of today's media.
The website Yenisabah.az discusses the situation after the Second Karabakh war with the security expert Ilham Ismayil.
It is too early to calm down, because part of Karabakh is under the control of Armenians and they are guarded by Russian peacekeepers.
Some of the points in the November 10, 2020 tripartite statement are still pending. Everything depends on Russia, because Armenia will be in crisis for a long time.
The expert also claims that the Russian peacekeepers provide both humanitarian and military support to the Armenians, not observing neutrality.
To resolve these issues, Azerbaijani-Turkish diplomacy needs to develop a joint roadmap and quickly implement the points of the statement of November 10. Azerbaijan, as the winning country, must take a tough stance.
The website Mətbuat.az discusses the issue of why the delivery of postal parcels to the country is delayed. If earlier parcels from Turkey arrived at the latest in a week, now it can last a month.
This is because the parcels get stuck at customs, however, customs say that their control lasts 2-3 hours, maximum one day. Delay of parcels is associated with the improper organization of the delivery company. Due to holidays or discounts, the number of orders is growing and the shipping companies are struggling to keep up. In this regard, it is necessary to increase the warehouses of these companies and the number of employees.
The website Müsavat.som writes about the strangeness with the congress of the New Azerbaijan Party, which is scheduled for March 5. The strangeness is that there are 24 hours before the start of the congress, and officials of the ruling party do not give the public any information.
The rank-and-file members of the party declare that the congress will take place, assuming that the leadership will be rejuvenated. It is likely that the former leadership will be dismissed in order to revitalize the party. –0----

By that night, however, the mysterious visitor had departed, loaded onto a cargo platform and whisked away to the airport.
