The point is that for  30 years they had no idea about the border under the illusion that their control over the territory of Karabakh would be eternal. They want Russia to interfere in this matter. However, the border issue is meant to be resolved between the two countries. If Russia interferes in the delimitation process, it will complicate its relations with Azerbaijan.
