According to the expert, the main events will unfold in Moscow. Before the Moscow meeting, Azerbaijan must strengthen its successes. Thanks to the efforts of the Azerbaijani army, the “5 + 2 regions” formula has become irrelevant, and before the final meeting this formula should be completely removed from the negotiating table.

The website Moderator.az writes that Armenia thinks that Russia will fight in its place. However, it will not be able to avoid a decisive defeat.
