The creation of infrastructure in the territories liberated from the occupation, the reasons for the increase in the number of people infected with the coronavirus, the statement of the Turkish Defense Minister on military operations in Karabakh, and the view on autonomy for the Armenians of Karabakh are topics of today's media.
The newspaper Azerbaijan writes about the beginning of restoration work in the territories liberated from the occupation. In particular, we are talking about a road with a length of 29 km to the villages of Talysh and Sugovushan, Terter district.
At the same time, design work on the construction and installation of new backbone 110 kilovolt substations in the liberated regions is being completed, as well as the construction of 110 kilovolt high-voltage power lines.
In the Fizuli, Jabrayil, Zangilan and Gubadli regions, it is initially planned to build 4 backbone 110 kilovolt substations, and lay 110 kilovolt power lines between them.

The website Redaktor.az discusses with doctor Nazkhanim Gasimova the reasons for the rapid spread of the COVID-19 infection in Azerbaijan. According to her, the reasons for the increase in infections are the autumn season, as well as the unwillingness of people to protect themselves and the failure to use protective equipment.
The website Yenisabah.az quotes the opinion of Turkish Defense Minister Hulusi Akar regarding the ongoing military operations in Karabakh. According to him, for 30 years everyone was silent, and as soon as Azerbaijan launched a counteroffensive, everyone immediately started talking about peace, the ceasefire regime, and the need for negotiations. All this speaks of the insincerity of the international community, the Turkish Minister said.
Armenia must leave the occupied territories of Azerbaijan. In his words, Turkey will support the just struggle of Azerbaijan to the end.
The website Azpolitika.info talks with the editor of the Aina-Zerkalo newspaper Elchin Shikhly about the possible results of the ongoing military operations in Karabakh. He believes that Azerbaijani troops should move forward, and there should be no talk of autonomy. Shikhly blames Russia for the processes taking place in Karabakh. He believes that Azerbaijan should sit down at the negotiating table as late as possible. As for the Armenians, let them live if they want, but without autonomy.
