Migration Service expelled foreigners illegally staying in Azerbaijan
In January 2013 there were revealed 2,764 foreigners and stateless persons illegally staying on the territory of Azerbaijan. They were ordered to leave the country within 48 hours. This is stated in the press service of the State Migration Service.
120 people were expelled from the country by administrative order.
The citizenship of the foreigners was not reported. It is noteworthy that a significant portion of these "illegal immigrants" are Azerbaijanis of Georgia, as well as representatives of mixed families. -03D04-
