The Interior Minister appointed a new chief of police of the city of Ganja Faik Shabanov, who previously headed the police of the Khazar district of Baku.
Faik Shabanov, born in 1963, is a native of Armenia. He worked as chief of police in Zagatala.
Recall that the former chief of police of the city of Ganja Rasim Musayev resigned from the post after a conflict with the Chief Executive Elmar Veliyev.
He currently heads the Office of Internal Investigations in MIA. -16D04-
