Baku / 14.01.19 / Turan: On January 14, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on the establishment of the Open Joint-Stock Company Azersilah. The new structure is formed on the basis of the Ministry of Defense Industry.
The President of Azerbaijan will have the powers of the general meeting of Azersilah OJSC. It is established that the OJSC is a commercial legal entity that manufactures and exports weapons and organizes their sales inside and outside the country using advanced technologies.
It will also coordinate the activities of enterprises and other development work on the basis of modern management standards and corporate governance in this area. -06D--
