In November this year, the Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES) will conduct command and staff exercises "Khazar-2015". In the exercises will be involved rescue personnel structures of the Ministry. The event itself is timed to the 10-th anniversary of the creation of the Emergencies Ministry, the press service of the agency.
Currently, close to the beach Shyhov is going on preparation for the exercises with the use of airplanes and helicopters. -16D04-
