Ministry of Environment wants to close several recreation centers that pollute the Caspian Sea
Baku / 30.07.19 / Turan: The Ministry of Environment has filed lawsuits to terminate the activities of recreation centers in the coastal zone of the Caspian Sea, due to pollution of the sea with sewage.
Claims were filed after raids in order to check the situation with wastewater management in the coastal zone in the territory of Baku, Sumgayit, as well as the northern and southern parts of the sea.
Representatives of the Ministry of Environment checked the execution of the former "instructions of a coercive nature" on the provision of environmental standards.
During the inspections, it was established that in Çıraqqala, Jale, operating in the Khachmaz region: "Duyğu", "Liman", "Atlantida", "Flaqman", "Narınqala", "Balıqçı", "Alma", "Neptun", "Antalya", "Qala", in Baku - "Mirvari", "Riyad park", "Caspian Beach", "1001 gece", "Eldarado", "Dostluq", "Aquapark" did not fulfil the former "orders of a compulsory nature". In this regard, the courts submitted a petition for the suspension of their activities.
It was revealed that in the recreation centers operating in Nabran: "Lotos", "Ulduz", in Sumgayit - "Katamaran", "Sahil", "Diana", in Baku - "Bizim sahil", "Xezer", "Türkan "," Simurq "," Voyage ","Qala" and "Antalya", in the Lankaran-Astara zone -" Dağlar oğlu "," Hesirli "," Su perisi", " Panorama "wastewater is discharged into the sea without treatment.
In this regard, acts were drawn up with respect to the responsible persons. For sewage treatment, the owners of these objects are given compulsory "instructions of a compulsory nature." -06D-
