More Schools Switching to Distance Learning
Baku/11.03.21/Turan: The number of secondary schools in Azerbaijan that have recently switched to distance learning has reached 13.
As stated in the message of the Ministry of Education, the restrictions affected 302 classes.
Recall that the educational process was partially restored in the country's schools from February 1 and 4,416 schools (89,223 classes) returned to traditional education. However, several schools began to record cases of infection with coronavirus among teachers and technicians.
After that, a number of schools in Baku, Ganja and in the regions of the country were closed or switched to distance learning.
The total number of students in schools in the country is 1.5 million people, and teachers - 143 thousand. -0-
