in Gakh - 46 cm, in Yardimli and Gusar - 33 cm, in Dashkesan - 27 cm, in Sheki - 26 cm, in Altiagay - 24 cm, in Guba - 20 cm, in Lerik - 19, in Khaltan - 16, in Gryz - 12, in Oguz - 10 cm, Shahbuz, in Gabala - 7 cm. The strength of the north-east wind was 7-12 m / s.
The air temperature in the lowlands was 0-2 degrees below zero, in the mountains it was -7-11 degrees below zero,
