The fire in the shopping center Moscow burned the escalator between the first and second floors and wooden showcases for jewelry sales on the area of 50 sq. m on the ground floor.
The cause of the fire is under investigation, according to the ministry.
On the morning of March 14, at 8.30 a.m. in the department store Moscow in Baku a fire started, engulfing a number of outlets within the seven-storey building.
The fire was contained quickly by firefighters of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
There is no information about the victims.
