Most complaints to the president are against the police, prosecutors, courts and local authorities
The Presidential Administration of Azerbaijan receives complaints on the activity of law enforcement bodies. Most citizens complain about the Khatai police, Khazar, Nizami, Sabail districts of Baku, Lankaran, Ganja, Bilasuvar, Goranboy and Tovuz. This information was published in the "Azerbaijan" newspaper by the head of the department to work with citizens of the presidential administration of Azerbaijan Suleyman Ismayilov, in an article published in the newspaper. In comparison with the previous year, the number of complaints on the activities of the prosecution decreased by 6.4%. However, complaints about prosecutors of the Garadaq, Narimanov, Sabunchu, Surakhani, Yasamal districts of Baku and Astara, Goranboy, Gazakh, Guba, Sabirabad, Salyan and Shirvan city increased.
There are complaints on the activities of vessels. Thus, the citizen complain to the courts of Nasimi, Nizami, Surakhani districts of the capital, as well as Shirvan, Absheron, Gedabay, Khachmaz, Imishli, Kapaz and Nizami (Ganja), Terter and Zardob regions. Also received complaints and the town hall of Baku and districts of the capital, Shaki, Agsu, Astara, Beylagan, Barda, Jalilabad, Imishli, Gazakh, Shamakhi, Shamkir regions.
According to Ismayilov confessions, state authorities which are to protect the rights of citizens and the rule of law, have become en masse objects of citizens' complaints. -05D-
