"Nardaran case" is the standard of lawlessness and repression, human rights activist
Arrests in the Nardaran case were carried out in three stages, according to a study of public alliance "Azerbaijan without political prisoners.http://www.contact.az/docs/
"The first stage was on 5-26 November 2015, when they were arrested by the deputy chairman of the "Muslim unity" Movement Elchin Gasimov and believers which gathered in Sabunchu police.
The second stage - the arrests on 26 November during a special operation of the Main Directorate for Combating Organized Crime (MDCOC) of the Interior Ministry in Nardaran. Then we have arrested the leader of the "Muslim unity"MOvement Thale Bagirzade and his associates.
The third phase, after November 26, when supporters of the "Muslim unity" Movement and other believers were arrested, as well as deputy chairman of APFP Fuad Gahramanli.
Total in the "Nardaran case" were arrested and detained more than 200 people. Some of them are subjected to administrative penalties; and against 87 people were initiated criminal cases and they were arrested.
Most of them were subjected to horrific torture. So, Bagirzade was made to say that the protests in Nardaran were organized by the National Council of Democratic Forces and the security services of Iran.
Most of those arrested have been a long time without lawyers, and were isolated from the outside world.
All this gives reason to believe that "Nardaran case" was fabricated and custom-made, according to the report of the Alliance.
Arrested in the "Nardaran case" are the victim's bloody planned operations "in order to destroy the phenomenon Taleh Bagirzade" and the suppression of Nardaran. They are considered political prisoners because they fall under the criteria of the PACE resolution on October 3, 2012 N1900, which defines the concept of "political prisoner", the report said.
The arrested are charged with serious crimes: murder, terrorism, riots, illegal possession of weapons, violent seizure of power, incitement to religious hatred and enmity, and others.
On December 8 was arrested the PPFA, deputy chairman Fuad Gahramanli, who was accused of inciting the violent seizure of power and inciting sectarian strife. Later, he was charged also under the Article 220.2 (a call to unrest.) Another 27 people were arrested on charges of having committed serious crimes in the country's regions, including Ganja. After the distribution of this report, on 14 October Gyulalyev was summoned to the MDCOC.-06D-
