Baku / 21.10.20 / Turan: Over the past day, 714 cases of COVID-19 infection have been identified in Azerbaijan. During the same period, 176 people recovered and seven died, the Operational Headquarters under the Cabinet of Ministers said on October 21.
The total number of infected people in Azerbaijan was 46,593 people, 40,448 recovered, and 642 died.
Today the number of active patients is 5503 people.
Since the beginning of the pandemic, 1,250,736 tests have been carried out, including 9,072 in the last 24 hours.
Today's rate of daily increase in cases of infection has become the highest since the beginning of the pandemic. —06D-
