New head of the press service of the Defense Ministry is appointed
Lieutenant-Colonel,Vagif Dargahly, was appointed the head of the press service of the Defense Ministry of Azerbaijan.
Dargahly became the first professional military journalists in this position. He graduated from the Lvov Higher Political School, and has worked in various positions in the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan.
Previous head of the press service, Eldar Sabiroghlu, was dismissed after the appointment of the new Minister, Zakir Hasanov. -02В-
