Baku/13.01.20 / Turan: The human rights activist Ogtay Gyulalyev, who is being treated at the Istanbul Hospital "Istanbul Hospital", had a fever on January 13, said activist spouse Firuz Gyulalyev.
“Ogtay has not had a temperature rise for a long time. After the operation on January 10, there were no complications, but this morning the situation has changed,” said the wife.
Doctors explain this because of the operation, she said.
