Ogtay Gyulalyev Transferred to American Clinic of Istanbul
Baku / 18.11.19 / Turan: “Today, Ogtay is transferred to the American Clinic of Istanbul,” the spouse of the human rights activist, Firuza Gyulalyeva, informed Turan. The treatment carried out at the Avrasia Clinic did not give any results, she noted. “The condition is still very serious,” she said.
Recall that Gyulalyev was hit by a car in the center of Baku on October 29. Relatives and colleagues regarded the accident as an intentional attack on the human rights activist.
He was operated with a considerable delay, which complicated the already serious condition. Three days later, the Heydar Aliyev Foundation took the treatment of Gyulalyev, sending him to the Istanbul clinic. -05B-

Many, recognizing the futility of resistance, settle for inadequate monetary compensation for their irreplaceable property. A minority, placing faith in the Housing Code, demand fair compensation from construction companies but often lose everything—both their homes and any form of recompense.
