On March 15 there was a collapse of a failed design on one of the sea piers on the Oil Rocks. As a result, four people reviewing the equipment fell into the sea.
One of them, Musa Hajiyev, drowned and three others, Mansim Imanov, Mayis Suleymanov and Safardur Zakaraliyev, were rescued. The press office of the Interior Ministry reported on the accident.
The State Oil Company does not comment on the incident. -03D04-
