The protest in front of the Russian embassy in Baku appointed for 15:00 has been cancelled. The action was planned by the World Azerbaijanis Congress (WAC) in protest against the actions of Russia in the Crimea. However, the Baku mayor's office did not respond to the organizers' application and then they cancelled the action.
