President Ilham Aliyev attended the opening of the service center number 3 ASAN Khidmet - State Agency for services to citizens and social innovation.
This center, located next to the Yasamal market will serve the population of Yasamal, Sabail and Karadag areas. Reception of citizens will be held on the basis of the electronic queue. There will be services such as an electronic kiosk for complaints and electronic polling. The kiosk for electronic complaint with citizens will be on-line via Skype. All complaints will be dealt with in an expeditious manner.
ASAN Khidmet was created on July 13, 2012 by the President of the country. Currently operating in the country are 4 centers of the structure - 3 ?in Baku and 1 in Sumgayit. -16d04-

As part of the struggle against illegal migration in Baku city, operative actions were carried out at different addresses. The Interior Ministry reports that employees of the Department for Combating Illegal Migration identified and detained 34 foreigners without documents giving the right to reside and stay on the territory of Azerbaijan.

During the operation of the Main Drug Control Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, 5 members of an organized group engaged in drug trafficking were detained. All of them have previous convictions: Bahlul Ismayilov, Royal Aliyev, Khayal Aliyev, Samir Aghayev, and Ali Mammadli.
