Over the week, the daily increase in COVID-19 infections increased by 2.5 times
Baku/25.01.22/Turan: Over the past day, 2,468 new cases of coronavirus infection have been detected in Azerbaijan, while 5,197 people have recovered and 13 have died. This was announced on January 25 by the Operational Headquarters under the Cabinet of Ministers.
In total, 636,956 cases of infection have been registered since the beginning of the pandemic, including 617,791 who have been cured, 8,632 have died, and 10,533 active patients are being treated.
Over the past day, 11,525 tests for coronavirus have been made.
It should be noted that over the past week, the daily increase in new cases of COVID-19 infection has increased by almost 2.5 times.
Over the past day, 31,667 people have been vaccinated against COVID-19.
During the day, the number of people vaccinated with the first dose was 3,250, the second - 2,878, the booster dose - 25,539 people.
The total number of vaccinations in Azerbaijan today is 11,845,510, of which 5,217,380 received the first dose of the vaccine, 4,432,155 received two doses, and 1,895,975 people received a booster dose.—06B-
