PFPA activist Orkhan Bakhyshly arrested for 30 days
Baku/02.02.23/Turan: A member of the Popular Front Party (PFPA) Orkhan Bakhishly was detained on the morning of February 2, the mother of the activist Kamal Rahimli told Turan. “He left the house in the morning, but did not get to work. Mobile phone is off. It seemes that they have been arrested. Yesterday, after the trial of Bakhtiyar Hajiyev, he gave an interview to journalists, while a police officer filmed him from the side,” Rahimli said.
In turn, the head of the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Elshad Hajiyev, confirmed to Turan that Bakhyshly was detained and arrested for 30 days under article 535.1 (non-compliance with the police). The decision was made by the Baku Khatai court. --21B06--
