In this appeal, Kazimzade writes that the sites under the control of Ali Hasanov published offensive materials addressed to the opposition.
They cursed and used very bad words for the lawyer Aslan Ismayilov, leader of the Popular Front Party Ali Kerimli, journalist Sevinj Osmangizy.
In 2018, there was an unprecedented case with the desecration of the grave of the father of political emigrant Vidadi Iskenderli. Video recording this was exhibited in the social network.
According to some information, in October 2018, officers of the State Security Service and Goychay Regional Police detained two people in this case, but after 48 hours they were released. There is information that they were close relatives of the editor of one of the sites working for Ali Hasanov for money, Kazimzade said.
The activist believes that by such actions Hasanov cause damage to the head of state, because the retaliatory swearing on the Internet is against the President of Azerbaijan and his family.
On December 17, Ali Hasanov denied on Facebook the accusations that he gave instructions about the persecution of political immigrants.
According to him, attempts to link his name with the desecration of the grave of his father, Vidadi Iskenderli, is a "cheap show."
"Such gossip are spread purposefully, their goal is to connect the authorities with dirty scandals, and disgrace and slander me, as an official who is directly involved in the implementation of the ideological and moral policy of the authorities," Hasanov said.
He categorically denied these accusations, threatening political émigrés with responsibility under the law. -06D--

The closure of Azerbaijan's land borders was discussed during the parliamentary session on November 25. While the government’s decision cites the coronavirus pandemic as the main reason—despite the World Health Organization declaring its end last year—Zahid Oruj, Chair of the Human Rights Committee in the Milli Majlis, pointed to other factors. He stated, "Opening the borders could result in an influx of hundreds of thousands of non-Azerbaijani refugees due to the Russia-Ukraine war. Additionally, in Iran, many are prepared to cross into Azerbaijan to safeguard their lives and assets amid military strikes. Such waves of refugees could lead to humanitarian, social, and cultural clashes that may threaten political stability."
