Official newspaper publishes the text of the presidential decree on the allocation of 5.9 million manat for the construction of the road-Novosaratovka-Garavalilyar-Gedabey regions, awarding the rector of the Azerbaijan National Conservatory, composer Siyavush Karimi  the "Glory" Prize, as well as awarding a group of employees of the Baku Metro, on the occasion of the professional holiday .

Experts believe that the approval of the European Commission of agreements between SOCAR and the Greek DESFA on the sale of Azerbaijani gas distribution system of Greece will depend on the reaction of official Baku to international calls for the need to respect democratic principles and human rights.-0-
