Prosecutor asks to sentence ex-head of Nizami district to 6 years
Baku/28.12.21/Turan: At the Grave Crimes Court of the city of Ganja, The trial in the case of the former head of the Nizami district of this city, Maharat Mustafayev, and a group of other persons accused of corruption and embezzlement continues in the Baku Serious Crimes Court.
At the trial on December 28, the state prosecutor asked to sentence Mustafayev to 6 years in prison.
He also asked to sentence the former chief architect of the city, Ali Rustamov, to 6 years.
The next court session is scheduled for January 10.
