Reports on Farhad Aliyev�s Appointment as Head of Technological Park Are Lie
Baku / 06.10.17 / Turan: Some media reports on the appointment of the disgraced ex-Minister of Economy Farhad Aliyev as head of Sumgayit Technology Park LLC do not correspond to reality. The press service of the LLC denied this information, saying there are no changes in the management of the Technological Park and Emin Mammadov appointed in March this year remains the CEO.
It should be recalled the former Minister of Economy of Azerbaijan Farhad Aliyev was dismissed and immediately arrested in the fall of 2005. Initially, he was accused of plotting to seize power, but was then sentenced to 10 years in prison for economic crimes.
