Reserve Officers Wait for Reforms from Safar Abiyev
The head of the "Reserve Officers" association, Yashar Jafarli, sent an open letter to the Minister of Defense, Safar Abiyev, in connection with military problems.
Jafarli linked some of these problems not only with the Karabakh conflict, but also with the Minister Abiyev personal qualities.
The letter says that, "in the army there is no mutual respect between staff, while the army leadership does not contribute to the formation of positive attitudes.
The army needs reforms, and their positive results will have a positive impact on society as a whole. Unfortunately, these reforms in Azerbaijan's army are not carried out." -05D04-
