This was reported by the Verkhovnaya Rada' Commissioner for Human Rights Lyudmila Denisova in Telegram.

"Law enforcers of the Dnipropetrovsk region evacuated from Kharkov another 300 people. Among those rescued is a mother with three children who came under Russian artillery fire at night. Also, according to the ombudsman, this morning it became known about 4 more wounded civilians in the Donetsk region, including a 14-year-old boy.
