Snow has fallen in mountainous regions of Azerbaijan
Baku/01.12.22/Turan: Unstable weather continues in the territory of Azerbaijan. It rains in some places, and it snows in mountainous areas. Precipitation is intense in the Lankaran-Astara zone, the National Hydrometeorological Service reported on December 1.
Height of the snow cover in Altyagach was 9 cm, Shahdag - 3 cm, Kryz, Khaltan, Gusar, Gakh - 2 cm, Gobustan, Guba, Sheki, Geygel - 1 cm.
Precipitation level in Lankaran was 26 mm, in Lerik - 25 mm, in Astara - 19 mm, 11 mm – in Goytepe, 10 mm - in Gabala, 9 mm – in Shahbuz, Yardymly, Neftchala, Beylagan, Oguz, 8.0 mm - Agdar, Sheki, Imishli, Salyan and Bilasuvar.
Note that 8 mm of precipitation fell in Baku and on the Absheron Peninsula. This weather will continue in the country on Thursday.
No precipitation is expected during December 2-5. On Friday it will be cloudy in Baku and Absheron; air temperature in the afternoon will be +7 +9.
Mainly no precipitation is expected in the regions of Azerbaijan. However, at night and in the morning, rain and fog are expected in places. Moderate eastern wind will prevail.
Air temperature in the lowlands at night will be +3 +7, during the day it will be +7 +11; in the mountains at night -3 -7, during the day 0 +3. -06V-
