On April 29 in one of the front-line military units in the direction of Beilagan, the soldier Javid Mirzoyev wounded his colleague Nasimi Rustamov from a machine gun.
The press service of the Defense Ministry, commenting on this fact, noted that the incident occurred due to a security breach.
The wounded was placed in the hospital and his condition is assessed as moderate. The Military Prosecutor's Office opened a criminal case under investigation.
