On April 29 in one of the front-line military units in the direction of Beilagan, the soldier Javid Mirzoyev wounded his colleague Nasimi Rustamov from a machine gun.
The press service of the Defense Ministry, commenting on this fact, noted that the incident occurred due to a security breach.
The wounded was placed in the hospital and his condition is assessed as moderate. The Military Prosecutor's Office opened a criminal case under investigation.
According to the Doctrine Center, since the beginning of this year the number of casualties in the security sphere has been 28 people, while 36 were injured. -16D-
